What are the payment options?

You can pay at the store, and you also credit and debit. For special orders, we can accept,

also, all form of credit or debit plus VENMO

What if i’m not happy with my design?

We have no margin for error; we always double-check on our side for any known issues, yet we consistently enforce any time your design gets approved. Only you can verify the correct information, word spelling, and data you want to communicate. Therefore, we always ensure your approval before an error can occur.  

Can you print on my own garments?

With so many years of experience, we know the client is always right, and we try to accommodate all your needs; WE WILL BE GLAD TO TRY OUR BEST IF YOU BRING YOUR GARMENT. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility because not all labels are created equal. Materials may be the same, yet caliber, fiber tension, and other factors have brought you to choose the best options for your garment to be printed correctly. We strongly suggest trying our choices because we assume no liability on other clothes. 

Can you embroider on my own garments?

Yes! It gets limited capabilities based on thikness and if you have more than 4, 5 colors but certanlyu we will do our best to fit your projects rigth. Still unfortunately once more we can not be held reponsible for any damage that our machines may do to your items.

Do you sell gift cards?

Most of our clients forget to remember or redeem the cards. So, with the intention or out of respect to your pocket, we instead see you soon. Sorry, you may send a link to your loved one to our shopping cart so they can knock their socks out with their initials embroidered by IDesig-3.

What is your return policy?

Based on what we explain on our Q&A, no returns no refunds. Please verify all your orders carefully before submitting yur order.
